Recently, we just delivered 22 units 2T mini-stacking AGVs, 3T heavy-duty stacking AGVs, 3 units 4.5T Flatbed AGVs, a total of 28 Hangcha AGVs, to a well-known enterprise of tire industry in Vietnam. Here are some details you may be interested.

2T mini stacking AGV+ 3T heavy stacking AGV+ 4.5T Flatbed AGV+MES system +WMS system + intelligent charging pile.
And in this project, the 2T mini-stacking AGV plays a very important role. It is a perfect option for logistic center, warehouse and factory etc. With a compact design, its right-angle stacking aisle width is 2.2 m, reducing 19% aisle requirement and enjoying high control precision at the same time. In addition, it saves about 30% energy consumption and provide higher working efficiency.

Working process:
We integrated mechanical arm, conveyor line, shuttle, baler, WMS, AMS and other hardware and software to make the overall planning of the project. In the AGV software, there are three layers, in which the MES and WMS systems of the upper layer are connected through AMS, and the production line, elevator, automatic door, AGV and other equipment of the execution layer are scheduled.

Working process

Highlights of this project:

1. Overcoming the complicated overseas procedures, prolonged transportation time and other difficulties under pandemic.
2. The compact design makes it flexible in the narrow aisle and adapt to the high requirements of control precision.
3. It has broken through many technical difficulties such as elevator docking and AGV automatic empty pallet stacking. It adopts SLAM natural navigation for various docking of production line and storage location, replacing the original operation mode of manual vehicle, minimizing manpower, increasing efficiency and realizing the overall logistics intelligence.
4. Intelligent storage location management with instant feedbacks from the system can prevent high manual code scanning errors and omissions that happened often in the past.

Accompanied by Li Yuansong, Mr. Dave Murphy and his entourage firstly visited Hangcha Group Hengfan industrial park. During the visit to the exhibition hall and the production lines, the two parties had a discussion on the company’s development history, the scale of the intelligent factory, and the results by adopting robots to replace humans and other issues of interest. Mr. Dave Murphy spoke highly of Hangcha Group’s digital factory, intelligent assembly line and related core components.

After the visit, the two parties had an in-depth exchange at the headquarters of Hangcha Group. Chen Weiqiang introduced Hangcha Group’s overseas investment and future development plans to the guests, shared the company’s achievements in product technology innovation, intelligent factory construction, global resource integration and corporate culture construction and believed that Hangcha Canada branch would keep growing. A great show was presented by Hangcha during the Canton Fair, 5 live shows varied from company overview, hot-sale products in different markets to newly launched products and 158 products were shown at booth 9.0A, 17-20, which attracted much attention and favored by friends and customers around the world. The amazing “blind boxes” activity was actively participated many friends too. During these 10 days, more than 5 thousand people watched our LIVEs from home and abroad.

This is our 2nd online Canton Fair with 9 live streams, 138 hot-sale products, $20000 coupons offered. Apart from these, Hangcha presented more on the 128th Canton Fair and achieved many comments. Compared to the last Canton Fair, this one attract more buyers around the world. Till Oct. 24th, the official website of Canton Fair has attracted 51.17 million visitors, and the online exhibition, 7.9 million visitors. In terms of live broadcasting, a total of 284,800 live streams were presented with more than 1.89 million views.

What’s the most interesting part?

01-The forklift performance was the most favored part, showing the audience that our forklifts can be as stable as a mountain or as light as wings. The seemingly heavy fork was just like slender hands that can shoot baskets, hang lanterns, cut moon cakes, open beer bottles, do puzzles and even write Chinese calligraphy.

02-Every interesting and challenging performance was successfully completed upon the tacit cooperation of engineers and forklifts, which also showed the flexible operation, good stability and high quality of Hangcha products.

The 127th Canton Fair was held online this year as visitors in many regions cannot come to the site for the outbreak of Coronavirus. Here, Hangcha brought 5 wonderful live events with rich contents, various forms and unexpected surprises. The contents ranged from company introduction, workshop visit, product promotion to after-sales support, etc., and full forklift series were reviewed in the 5th live streaming. The 5 live events demonstrated the competence and style of Hangcha as a leading forklift manufacturer to our visitors and customers in an all-round way.

During these 10 days, Hangcha got a great success, our live events enjoyed over ten thousand views, all the 50 promotional lithium battery pallet trucks were sold out, the total orders were more than 100 units，and more inquiries and intent orders kept coming.
